Classes will start at 9 am and 2 pm.

All training information, including the schedule and room locations, is available at https://2017.ploneconf.org/training/

Follow the signs once you arrive at the venue. The reception desk is in the basement S2 of the Vertex Building by the stairs on the left. You will not need your conference badges; simply show up and we’ll welcome you with open (source) arms and give you proper directions! You will receive your conference badges at registration beginning Wednesday.

Registration and talks on Wed./Thurs./Fri. (Oct. 18, 19, 20)

Please refer to https://2017.ploneconf.org/schedule/talks-schedule for all schedules Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.

Registration will be at the UPC Vertex Building Auditori, Plaça d'Eusebi Güell, 6, 08034 Barcelona, on Wednesday starting at 8 am.

To get there, take the subway to the L3 Palau Reial stop on the Red Line and walk to the Vertex Building. See the map for walking directions, which shows the location of the Palau Reial stop, the Vertex Building and the routes connecting them.

You will receive your conference badge and a goodie bag at the reception desk. It will be located at the North entrance of the Vertex Building at the entrance of the Auditorium. Please register there as soon as possible to avoid any delay of the conference start, which will begin promptly at 9 am.

There will be coffee at the hall entrance on Wednesday at 8 am while you are waiting in line to register.

No food or drink is allowed in any room where we are having our keynotes and talks, so plan accordingly.

The registration desk will be open each day, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, 8 am - 9 am, at the Auditorium entrance hall, but if you have received your badge and bag of goodies, you do not need to come back to the registration desk.
