Thomas is the owner at it-spirit, an IT Consulting and Software Development company based in Bavaria, Germany. He is working with and developing for Plone since 2007, a core contributor since 2012 and maintainer of several Plone add-ons.

Thomas started software development in 1995 (Pascal, Delphi), and was creating his first web projects in 2003. Introduced to Plone in 2007 during his studies in Leipzig, Germany he felt in love with Plone and Python immediately. He is also CTO at Propertyshelf, a US based software company specialized in real estate.
